Try Before You Accept

·       You may try on your items while the courier is waiting.

If it’s not what you expected:

·       Return the item immediately to the courier.

·       You only pay the delivery fee.

·       When ordering more than one item, partial receiving is not allowed.

After the Courier Leaves

·       Refunds are not accepted.

·       Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours for size variations only.

·       One-size items are not eligible for exchange.
